Crooked toes? If so, is it fixable?

A few days ago I noticed that two of my anconas have crooked toes. All of my other chickens are fine, and they were all in the brooder together.

Is there anything that I can do at this point to fix it? I've seen little booties or sandals for chicks, but since these are around 9 weeks old is it too late?
