Thanks state lab is a wash. They expect you to put the bird on Ice and it’s over an hr away. I attempted years ago and said never again thanks though. I’m going to give baytril twice a day and continue w vitamins. She’s miserable and aftef this week I’ll probably put her down.

Nothing wrong with trying something else to see if it helps.
Have you tried placing her in a sling to see if that makes her more comfortable? Some birds tolerate being in a sling while others can't.

Thanks so much for the tips. I made her a sling this morning. She’s still acting a little feisty. Still won’t eat on her own. Giving her some more time. Hopefully the baytril will help. I guess I’m not giving up yet! Her poop is so liquid now. I appreciate the tips. I didn’t think of a sling till you mentioned it so thank you.

Something just came to me. Eggsessive mentioned doing their own necropsies. I am sure it is kind of an intense experience, but I'l bet it is straight forward to learn the process. If this continues to be an issue you could look into that option if the state extension office is too far away.
