I would still gently massage the crop in a downward motion to see if that gets things moving.

She hasn’t pooped yet this morning. Should I try to empty the crop?

To make matters worse, my other chicken has wry neck.

Is her vent clear - it's not pasted over is it?

I would not attempt to empty the crop, you risk her aspirating the crop contents if not done correctly. Save that as your last resort.

What are you feeding your chickens? For the one with Wry Neck, give her some poultry vitamins that contain E and B1

No poop caked on.

She's getting worse. I think she will pass soon.

I know nothing about this but ive heard people excize the crop and remove the junk for sour crop emergencies. Glue the skin back together. If shes that far gone maybe try it? Just grasping at straws here...

If her crop is filled with fluid my guess is maybe a blockage somewhere past the crop?
