NO need to isolate her.
That will stress the flock out more which will cause more problems.
I would leave her be unless the others are picking on her.

I'm really thinking you should get some Corid asap.

I really think this chick might be suffering from Coccidiosis which could cause a crop issue and the poop issue.

She’s not pooping for me but I can tell you I’ve never seen her poop solid. Should I get corid tonight or can it wait until tomorrow?

I would get it ASAP.
I am thinking that maybe a newer bird brought in a different strain of coccidia that this chick is having a hard time with.

Leave it be and check it first thing in the morning.
She may have just ate too much treats today.
You need to see what happens with it over night to know if you are dealing with a crop issue or not.
