Crop issue: super squishy, what do I do?

One of my girls, Creamsicle, has been acting a little slow lately and her crop is really squishy. Not empty, just squishy. What should I do?

Is it emptying overnight? If not then it sounds like sour crop. I'm not sure on the dose but i know you can give an antifungal orally.

Sorry for my ignorance, but how would I give it to her? Where do I get an antifungal? I don’t know if it’s emptying over night but I will check. It seemed large and it felt all wrong (more like a blown-out stress ball than the normal fairly hard with grit and food in it). Thanks so much for the reply!

There's a thread here that has been really helpful, try searching for sour crop. I'm on mobile or I'd be able to track it down easier.

Monistat is Miconazole, an antifungal. Suppositories cut up or the cream in tubes both work the same.
