Seemed like it was- sequestered her for 2 days with water only (w/ acv) and some massages, seemed clear on day two, so returned her to the run, but @8 hours later looks like this again. Should I have kept her out longer. Anyone with success in treating this? Or does anyone think it's not sour crop? I'm just not sure. Confused on identifying difference in pendulous vs sour or impacted. If anyone has a minute- thanks.

She might just be a big eater. How does her crop feel by the next morning when it should be mostly empty? That is the best time to check it, before she has eaten or drunk anything. Have you read Two Crows article on "Impacted-slow-and sour crop prevention and treatment." You can do a search for it in the search box top of this page.
