Crop issue

Hi chicken ppl.
My girl is not well. She has sour crop. 2 days of massaging, oil and Miconazole. It doesn't seem to be getting any better yet. My concern is up above her crop, like in her throat, there seems to be a hard lump. Could this be a blockage or is this part of a chicken's anatomy?

The "bump" may be a bone that's now palpable from weight loss due to the crop issue.

Try increasing the doses of miconazole to three times a day, instead of just twice a day, and go the full seven days of treatment.
