If a hen eats a full meal (filling up her crop), how long does it take to go down (if she's not eating no more to add to it)?
I've never paid that much attention to it, and I'm dealing with a crop issue currently. Her crop was completely down this morning, so I started back feeding her (mashed up eggs and adding some plain yogurt). I'm wondering how long it should take for it to feel smaller?
