Crop issues?

My 5 month old pullet broke the tip of her beek last weekend. I have been feeding her watered down feed for a few days, and noticed tonight that her crop is squishy. Could this be due to the extra water, or could it be sour crop?

The best time to check her crop is in the morning before they eat or drink.....
