Crop Problem...Not sure if it's Sour or Impacted??

I have a 10 month old Blue Australorp who has been having extremely watery diarrhea overnight. It's been going on for about 6 days now. (I was out of town and my husband didn't know to look for anything amiss). It is literally puddles of water with some small bits of matter in it. I did some research and started Corrid for the whole flock (I have 4 hens). I also included Rooster Booster and Durastat, all added to their water. I checked their crops this morning and Feather had a hard crop like a golf ball. I read the articles on here about crop issues and assumed it was impacted. I isolated her in the dog crate with only water (still with additives) and massaged her crop while my husband ran to the store to get Dulcolax. When he got back, I rechecked her crop and it now feels soft and squishy. Is this now indicative of Sour Crop? Or did the small massage I gave her make it pass already? She has no odor coming from her mouth at all. Also, I did start a worm treatment just in case. I am so confused as to how I should treat her.

Update:
I checked her crop about 30 minutes after I massaged it and it was puffy and squishy again. It had gone down when I massaged it. Just now she pooped clear liquid. It squirted out. Should I just go ahead and treat for Sour Crop? Her poop smells sour but not her mouth.

Don’t give vitamins (specifically Thiamin) with corid or it may negate the treatment (do give some vitamin B after), though it seems more likely your hen has digestive issue rather than coccidiosis. I would treat for sour crop with an oral antifungal

You should keep feeding her easily digestible things. A wet mash of pellets/crumbles is good. If she’s picky you can try a little egg or tuna, but avoid things like veggies, corn and whole grains
