Crop Surgery

Has anyone ever done crop surgery? I have a Bantam that I have to do it. She got in shelled corn. It was full but it has all passed but two grains. I need to know what kind of anesthetic to use to numb it. I read that you make a small incision on the top. Can anyone direct me? Thanks in advance

It might be easier to expel the crop if done properly, I'm not sure.

You mean regurgitate? I am afraid to do it. She weight about a pound. She is a seabright Bantam
