cross beak caused by broken bottom jaw?

I had a white silkie hatch perfectly normal but then it started shaking it's head a few days later. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it but then a day or so later, I noticed the bottom jaw seemed to be loose and the beak went sideways.
It is smaller than the others and is always hungry since it flings the food out of the dish where the others can pick it up but it starts yelling for the dish to be filled back up since it needs the deeper feed to scoop it out. It is fat but wondering if the jaw will eventually strengthen so it can have better leverage....?
