Cross beak, help

So she's made it to 4 weeks old. Her issue right now is she keeps getting chick mash in her eye. I have to take a wet Q-tip and wipe out her eye after every meal. I've started putting Terramycin in her eye, I'm on day 4 or 5 of that. I Q-tip it, and then apply Terramycin 3 times a day. Is there anything I can do? Also, it's a little infected (that's why the Terramycin). It was getting better I thought, but tonight it looked tired of being wiped out. The first day I saw there was food in it, it was swollen and I could see food, so I wiped it out with a Q-tip. I pushed the swollen spot to see if it would get puss or something out, and a big white chunk popped out (like a rock, but it squished when I squished it). I think it was food that it's body was starting to encase or something.
