Cross Beak

I just brought home 7 hens from a relatives house. One has a messed up beak. Is there anything that can be done for her?

You can trim her beak back here:

Take a pair of sharp (human) fingernail clippers and cut to those lines, being careful that you don't cut into the quick (or where the beak is darker\not see-through). If it looks like it should go down further, then use an Emery board file to take the rest down. Also, on the top beak, file the tip\other side so it's smooth and not catching on anything.

I'd say she is likely eating and drinking fine with how her beak is. After you get her beak trimmed, put something in her yard like a cement block for her to clean her beak on. That should help with the growth (though you might need to re-trim it every once and awhile).
