Cross bred silkie have 5 toes?

Can a cross bred chick that has a silkie dad have 5 toes or only pure bred silkies?

I dunno who hatched outta what egg and I had mixed and purebreds together. Only thing I have to go off of is I have 6 chicks with 5 toes and 5 chicks with regular feet.
