cross breed red cochin/black dutch is this a good idea ?

This is my Red Cochin Bantam, my black dutch follows him around like crazy, when she cant find him she screams.
he whants to mate with her, I would like to try it and see how they would come out ,
there only 4 months right now.
does any one think she is to small for him, will it cuase promblems on her.

i read that she is the smallest breed of chicken.

Dutch are the smallest breed accepted by the APA. It should be no problem crossing them, we have a BBR OEGB hen that got bred by our huge wyandotte roosters all the time with no problems.
 
do u think they will come out with feathers on there feet?or a mix of both,

Probably lighter feathered feet than the cochin, but definately should have some feathering

I bet the chicks will be adorable, be sure to post pics once you get some babies from these two!

I am not very good at genetics, but, I think you might come out with some goldish birchen type babys. That would be cool.
 
The chicks will have feathered legs, single combs, white in the earlobes, a cushion with normal tail feathers, and mostly black with some red/gold leaking through.
