yes i have a silver lace rooster if i cross him with my barred rock hens would that give me silver lace chics

No. you would most likely get something with very unclear lacing

No. You will have sex linked chicks though. The cockerel chicks will have a dot on their heads, and be barred at maturity. The pullet chicks will be solid in color.
