What awesome pics! Thanks for posting! I had a really bad experience with muscovy ducks, that's a story for another day! I always feel bad for the horses that no one wants, if I had room for them all you know where they would be! lol So that's cool, an actual animal sanctuary, I want to find and go to some around here.

Yeah it's a great place, free to get in too but of course there are collection boxes everywhere. They have dogs too but you can't see them as it winds them up too much. Also goats, ferrets, chinchillas, guinea pigs, budgies and tortoises! I know I'm the same, I want to give everything a home! So those ducks were muscovy? I thought so from the red on their faces.

Yup, big ugly muscovy's!! I never know if I am spelling that right! Oooh ferrets! Have I mentioned that I really want one of those!! Unfortunately my father does not approve of that particular animal and I do not have a very convincing sad face. Sooo my next pet aside from a kitten that is, would be a tortoise. I LOVE turtles and tortoises!!

You will end up with a zoo! Yeah Angus wants a ferret too but they stink. Not that ducklings smell pretty! I'd like a frog though! That hadn't previously been captured by a duck, dog or cat! Anywho off to sleep, night guys, hope you've all had a good day

Sooooo, that goat Bunny that I have been waiting on FOREVER to have her babies is in labor as I type. I am not there as they don't know when the actual birth will start, usually I am there a few hours any how and it is almost dark, And most likely she will have them in the dark of the night. Oh well, guess I shall wait to see them in person. Cross your fingers and wish for three girls! So hopefully I will get to see them sometime tomorrow or the next day and I will post pictures. I will instead help with the hold and snuggle part of goat keeping, Hey-he told me he needs someone to do that!

that's really sad to see these unwanted horses, they are loyal and very smart animals, being refused is really an heartbreak

luckily I'm not there to see them in the eyes

even if I'm not sure the hens in the pictures are two commercial hybrids, an ISA brown and an ISA red, looks like there's a third one, but I don't see a better picture

I went to an 9ammal sanctuary today as we are inntge middle of adopting a couple of kittens. I took some pics, thought you may be interested. Pretty much sums up this part of the UK!

you need to come here and visit my family and myself in march, the leather back sea turtle come by the hundreds to lay eggs in the sand it is a awesome sight to see its a Must see event they are huge tortoise two to three hundred pounds and the come by the hundreds its stunning to see
