It's been Rain rain and drizzle, I can't stand it so I wouldn't do good in the UK, but I'd die happy trying!
Luke, I've traveled a bit. A few states arnd us and I've traveled by car to Florida and back for a few yr.s
OK I wanted to let the Cochins out w/ the girls but DD said no

My Buff Orpington's were born 3/15/13 and their not as big as my RIR or Americana's, is that true?

My Cochins its been 10 days and they still haven't laid an egg since I got them? Is that normal?
DD doesn't want me to let those girls out w/ the big girls

The Cockerel is starting to come to me, still not to sure but knows that hand usually has something good!

But the Columbian, she's going to take some time to get her to calm down. I've been told it's cuz there's only 1 of her but she's w/ the cockerel that was born w/ her!
So, what's the verdict?

Oh Joy! My coffee just jumped right out of the cup and all over my keyboard!! Yay for sticky fingers.....NOT!

Any way Nancy, It is normal for your girls not to have laid yet.It can take a few weeks. It would take some getting used to and there may be some fights between the girls, but eventually they would get used to each other.

Snow, I love snow. I think I'd be super happy where you live.I googled nh and it looks stunning. *sigh* Wish it was snowing here. Forgot oz is opposite to us in terms of seasons. Im guessing you never get snow over there at all? Sorry one of your duckies died luke. I have runners too. Will try and put pics up when i get in from work. ta ta for now

I love snow too! Also wish it snowed more here. Two years ago we got almost a foot and it stayed for several days!! That was the coolest winter ever! My older brother hooked the sled up to the back of the pick up truck and I sat in the sled and he drove it up the neighbors very long drive way faster than Mom knows, lol, THAT WAS AWESOME FUN!! At one point he spun me off the sled, he did it on purpose. But omg was that ever fun.

Oh and I'll have to get some new and good pictures of my ducks, I'll also post pics later on.

It was fun!! It was probably the most exciting thing I have ever done! Well, except for when mom and I went to that state park and were hunted by alligators!!
