Cross Continental Friends!!!

Bill, Bill, Billbillbill!!! Are your rabbits New Zealand's? Or satins? Or mutts? Those gray ones have a great shine. Do let me know as I want to compare breeding notes and styles (age at first breeding of a doe, supplemental feedi g, weaning age, etc.). Livornas? Have a photo? K.
in the pictures, there are a young couple of white giants, another young couple of St Nicola's blue, an ancient Belgian race, some giant's croosbreeds the most part are Carmagnola's greys, a tipical race who have saved from extinction with some friends

you don't need something like that to get some nice meat animals, but, these are, with the blonde, one of the most productive breed to get production crosses, both, for eggs or fast growth animals thinking better, you got something similar with barred American Rocks, or Penedesenca

American chinchillas are the rarest of the chinchilla colored rabbits in the US. I am helping reestablish them in the US.
400

Good mothers, mild personalities, 8-10 babies per litter, dark meat. Only ever had one lose it's mind when it hit puberty. The mothers may snarl and growl with babies in the nest, but that is okay.
I will have to look up the St. Nicola's.

I'm BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, not that you all knew I had gone.LOL.
So, where have you been? What have you been up to?
I anxious to see when my 2 Cochin's that I picked up from BYC member Humphrey Farms on 6/13/13. I love3, 7,11,13,21...if I had a few more numbers I could run them on a megabucks to try an win big/small bucks! lol
But anyway, is that normal for them to go so long without making eggs? They were born 5/18/12 so they know their job! lol

I have been away.lol.
I went up to some cabins with my family about 5hrs drive away from home. We drank wine ( not saying I did

) ate apples and Ice-cream. The place we went to is known for it fruit and good wine. So many Wineries there.
We also climbed the largest granite rock in the southern hemisphere

. That was pretty fun!!

I know Cochin's are later layers than most other breeds, I would expect eggs from them at 20-24 weeks old.

The Cochins were born last June last year! I know there is a shock from the move but that seems to be enough time to me!

Now you know how I felt the other day Megan! But I had pages!
