i have not even had it for a year yet. maybe 6 months at the most. i already had two guys from GE look at it and both did not fix it. i hope they fix it this time.
it does not warm up at night. the fridge is what is warming up not the freezer. the fridge is warming up 24/7 and i do not know the temperature of it inside it. the guy told us to keep it on number five in the fridge and that is what it has been on. the second time the guy came it started to stay cold again, but then it started messing up again and getting warm. the freezer is icing up the fridge is warming up.
if you mean the side of the fridge heats up outside of it then yes it is one of those.
and with the seal i do not have experience with knowing if it is on correctly but i just know that the strip or seal whatever it is on the freezer door has moisture on the bottom of it. so i am assuming that may be messed up and not in good enough.
