It was fun. The weather didn't really cooperate - it's cold and windy and cloudy (isn't this MAY???) but it was a good weekend nevertheless.

I am a bit stressed out right now, I just sent my gelding off to be "tried out" by some people who want him as a roping horse for their teenage son. I really want it to work out, but it was hard putting my baby on their trailer and seeing him drive away. I need a glass of wine.

Yeah cold rainy and windy here to, canceled out our weekend plans but also still had a good time.
Aw, I can imagine that would be hard, hopefully wherever he ends up it will be a really good home, is the potential buyer close enough to where you could still visit?

Yes, in fact, they live next door to a good friend who holds rodeos that I go to. If this works out, I'll see him a lot.
