Cross Continental Friends!!!

Ohhh I see haha! I get it now! Silly billy! Yeh the tv show. I love it! Watched it before I was born kind of! (apparently I used to kick like crazy when it was on and when I was a baby I used to shut up when it was on, I've watched it nearly everyday since! Though I do have abit of catching up to do atm)

I'll have to you tube it and watch a few then! I have a friend that is CRAZY for Doctor Who. Watch any of that?

I agree. I used to watch some of the older ones but then quit. I like documentary's the most. Especially David Attenborough.

Aw you've heard if him! Yeh he is a legend! I find his documentaries really relaxing. He has a very soothing voice. I love period dramas or anything historical. It's cool your into gardening I am too. We are currently giving our garden a huge overhaul! Will try and get some pics together tomorrow.
Just remembered I'd read earlier you said your grandad eats peanut butter with onions! That's so gross!

Yeah my Grand dad is pretty weird! Awesome job though, and airplane mechanic! Can't wait to see your garden pictures! What kind of things do you grow in such a cold environment? And yes I love Attenborough! Makes way better videos than anyone else I have seen!!!

Did I miss a post somewhere about airplane mechanics!? Or was that just a totally random comment!? At the moment the only thing that's out are daffodils, hyacinths and snowdrops and within the next week or so tulips. But later on I'll have roses, fruit trees and bushes, fuchsia, hydrangeas, azaleas, rhodadendrons which I can never spell, jasmine, clematis, geraniums, peonies, Japanese anemones, hollyhocks, honeysuckle and I can't remember what else I've got flower wise.

Ah see that's a benefit of living in a colder place! Most flowers are to delicate and fry here unless under shade and constant care. Except Marigolds! I grew a TON of marigolds last year! My dad is growing Fig Trees right now, and my mom is trying to grow apple and pear trees but they always drop there fruit! I think the figs will do well though. Fuschia! Those are Pretty flowers!!!! And I was saying that my Grandad is an airplane mechanic and that almost makes up for the weirdness!

Ohh ok about your grandad! Yeh thats a bummer about it being so warm over there. I've decided I don't like marigolds! They are supposed to keep pests away from carrots when growing but it didn't work for me. Every single one was infested with carrot fly last year! They had a row if marigolds either side! Won't bother with that again! Anyway night night!

Yeah as far as pest control goes...didn't work for me either! Currently battling ants in the garden! Anyone have any ideas? And Goodnight to you Beth!
