Cross Continental Friends!!!

Bill!! Whatever are you doing up so early? It is very late here-I should be in bed but have yet to go. And I tried and tried to translate that word you used but came up short=figluole?

Megan, I wondered the same thing about the word figluole, and as far as I can figure, it is a reference to "daughters." Bill, correct me if I'm wrong?

To all of you.......you have all been on my heart very heavily and I have prayed for you all. I found scripture that I hope will be comforting.

For Megan:
Good people pass away;
the godly often die before their time.
But no one seems to care or wonder why.
No one seems to understand
that God is protecting them from the evil to come.
2 For those who follow godly paths
will rest in peace when they die.
Isaiah 57:1-2

For Sweet Bill:
"So take a new grip with your tired hands, stand firm on your shaky legs, and mark out a straight, smooth path for your feet so that those who follow you, though weak and lame, will not fall and hurt themselves but become strong." Hebrews 12:12-13

For The Dollys Mama:
"With his mouth the godless man would destroy his neighbor, but by knowledge the righteous are delivered."
Prov 11:9

good morning figliuole

figliuole is a ancient word of italian, not used so much, means daughters, right, but also means sweet and cute girls, or dearest girls

it's a part of my usual talking, sometimes, i call figliuolo or figliuola also persons older than me, as a sign of affection

I like so much this step of bible, hope to get me strength and wisdom to doing the right choice everyday

I use to wake up everyday from 5.00 to 6.00 everyday, I don't need alarm, when it rings, at 6.30, I'm usually in the stables, so my sons gone to stop it in my room, I also put another one in the kitchen, at 6.45, so, I'm sure they don't going too late

this morning I've got to fix some troubles in the stables, in the afternoon, I hope to immunize our rabbits with my son

as a surprise, the craziest brood I move tonight, is standing on the top of his nest, screaming like an eagle, the other one is splatted on the eggs as we put some glue, she also got some flu, piccinina!

gone for lunch, bye bye giovincelle

Thank You TarheelBirdy, that does indeed bring me comfort.Thank You for taking the time to find those for us. Bill, It is awful sweet for you to flatter us so. I do hope your troubles can be sorted and what are you immunizing your rabbits for?

I've falled asleep and just wake up now

luckily, troubles in the stables aren't so bad, just a couple of watering pipes to fix and some roof tiles to swap

I use to vaccinate rabbits against myxomatosis and MEV

It's raining "cats and dogs", I wanna rest a couple of hours more (maybe)

I think is bed time there, so, buonanotte signore e signorine

All: there are very few areas in the US that have myxomatosis, for which we should be very thankful. You can't vaccinate fir it, that is a vaccine that us unavailable to us and strictly disallowed by the government anyway. Don't know what MEV is but glad we don't have it here.
There is a huge plus side in hubby being home bound. He is doing all those left over chores that I can't do. Bless him, it's all good and stuff I can't do on my own and he is doing it to make my life simpler. I never, ever complain and am so grateful for the one day once in every three months where household chores get done. I have had several days running and am so pleased at what is getting done just for me!

Karen
Glad fit these mixed blessings
