Fall is coming and hopefully I'll have more time to be with you guys! I'm up to 30 chickens, 1 rooster, 6 Pekin duck hens, 1 Muscovy duck hen and I'm starting a raabbitry with german cross Angora's! For thr fiber and the babies Here's a pic of Chaz in need of a shearing!

I want a name for me eggs production, need to sell some!!! and my rabbitry. Does anyone have any cute idea's pass them along to me! Thanks and Goodnight!

hes so cute he reminds me of the rabbit from that commercial i cant remember what comercial i think its like some kind of candy commercial or something like that.

Wow! Nancy you have quite the menagerie! I am so very jealous over your rabbits, gosh they are beautiful!!! My rabbits are getting big but they are for butcher, I'll be doing it myself this year, depending on how that goes is how much longer I'll raise rabbits.

That is Chaz's mother, Lieschien (?) German for sweetheart! I'm going to get them on the 21st! Mitzi will be a big 8 weeks old, with her sugar daddy"Chaz" at 3 months. He's a german cross angora and she's a french angora I'm doing it for the fibre! plus the babies will be fun! I'd like to do it for the meat like you meagan but I won't be able to get to know them or anything! Then it would be like eating bambi! My father killed for supper and by the time I was older I just couldn't eat em.
With fall coming I should be on more! Hello everyone!

Bunnies are sooo fun! I'm so happy for you!! Are you going to sell the fiber or use it yourself? Angora is some nice stuff!

Yes, my sister gets mad at me all the time for raising meat animals, she'll befriend some and then I have to promise not to kill them, hence my "Pet rabbit" cage. *sigh*

I'm glad to see your back! I hope things are going good for you! Things are still the same here but I'd rather go nuts than to lose my best friend! But I have my bun's to keep me happy! I finally got some girl Pekin Ducks 6! The Muscovy is only 2 1/2 months, but I had to by some egg wash cuz of them! God do they make their eggs dirty!

Oh hooray on the female ducks!! I know right!? Aren't their eggs nasty looking. Pretty tasty though.

I'm still waiting for my red sexlink chickens to start laying, they are supposed to start sometime this month, big brown eggs, can not wait!

I found a stray cat that should be having kittens any day now, she's driving me crazy with waiting for babies! I found her last week and she'e been living on our porch practically all the time now, so we gave her a house up there and I really really hope she has them in there, that would be so fun. I'll put some picture up later!
