Cross fertilization, how long to "to get it out of their system"

All winter I had my Barred Rocks,Buff and RIR's penned together. I seperated them about 13 days ago..Ive heard that it takes three weeks for cross fertilization to work out of their system, so the eggs will be pure breed again..Does three weeks sound o.k to you?
