It is hard to tell in the pictures but I was looking at our six week old easter egger and its beak is longer underneath than the part above. Is this anything to be worried about like crossbeak or normal?

Yes that's crossbeak and it's not unusual in EEs. It may need general maintenance as it gets older but provided it doesn't worsen too much it should do ok.

If it gets severe then it's a quality of life issue but so far it isn't that bad yet.

Crossbeaks are normal for ees, it could get more pronounced as she gets older but let's hope it doesn't. A deep feeder is best for crossbeaks.
Thank you! Is there anything that helps it not continue to get worse? Does something cause crossbeak?

Not really - as she continues grow the beak will likely continue to skew a little more. But given the degree of misalignment and her age, I don't anticipate that this will be a severe case. Once she's mostly grown (and thereafter) filing down the tip and edges of the beak with an emery board may help line up the edges and prevent cracking and chipping.

Cause as far as I understand is genetics, so her eggs should not be hatched.
