Crossbreeding quail?

I have a california valley quail, Mexican speckled bobwhites and coturnix quail. Say if the california valley quail and Mexican speckled bobwhite mated together would they crossbreed to create some other quail breed or would one have more dominate traits over the other? I'm curious to find out yet they are all to young to determine their sex.

This won’t work. They aren’t like dogs where you mix breeds and you still get a dog. Those quail are from different species.

Rosie's right. Coturnix color varieties can be mixed, but they will still result in Coturnix quail. Valley quail, bobwhite, and Coturnix can't hybridize (but Coturnix and wild Common Quail can).
