My 4 month old chicken suddenly got a crossed beak is there something to fix i??

I try to touch it and she moves away

I noticed that she lost some weight

Take her aside and see if she will drink and eat a soft treat of scrambled egg. This will help you determine if she's able to eat well.
You may need to provide her with wet soupy food, picking up crumbles or pellets may be painful for her.

I would say she must have injured it somehow and she's sore.
