Crossing light brahmas and buff orpingtons

I have a heavier light brahma rooster which I'm crossing with my lighter buff Orpington hens for meat so I want the biggest possible chicken. Does anyone know if this cross will get me a bigger bird or if I should do the opposite, Orpington rooster and light brahma hen?
