Does anyone know what pattern results from crossing a blue laced red Wyandotte Rooster with a cuckoo/barred Dominique or Plymouth Rock hen?

A mess. You need to find Marvin on BYC. His handle is "nicalandia". He's a human genetic calculator and can answer your questions.
Best,

I've done the opposite, a barred rooster over a Wyandotte hen. My hen was a slw, not blue, so I'm not sure how much difference that made in color. The barring mostly over-rode the lacing and I wound up with what looked a lot like a funky Dominique. Not the greatest pics but.....

since barring is sex linked, your cockerels would be barred and I think the pullets might have more of the lacing. I think the extended black from the hen would override most of the color from the rooster, usually mixing red and black gives a black bird with some red leakage.

You will also get some single combed chicks from the Dominique or a Plymouth Rock hen and some Rosecomb from the Wyandotte. You will also get some funky looking combs.
