I am doing a cross breeding experiment just trying to gain better breast meat in a heritage type chicken. I'm unable to locate any white Cornish chickens near me. Will I ever be able to breed out the black feathers or will they always be dominant- even when mixing with all white and mostly white breeds like white rock, light brahma and delaware? I've checked the cross calculate but it always seems to put the black feathers dominant in offspring.
