After the show is over and time for coop-out...most people will be making a mad dash to load their birds and start the long trip home. Watch out for the stampede.

jmho but I would think earlier would be better, like Thursday night or Friday so you would have the faces to put with names and contacts during the show instead of hind sight.

Originally, this poll was to let the admins here at BYC know if there was interest in having an "official" meet & greet after the show, since it's so hard to get together during show hours. I'm not in charge of anything - Nifty suggested I put this poll up. I guess which night would depend on the feasibility of attendance, given that the APA and the ABA will be having their meetings as well, although I'm not going to either.

Now there's reason for me NOT to go!

I won't know until we get closer if I'll be able to make it out, but I think I'd definitely like to go!

People are talking and saying this could be a world-record show...I think if a person thinks they can swing it, they definitely should avail themselves of this opportunity!

I would LOVE an official BYC meet and greet but after the show isn't ideal for me either. LONG drive home. It would be lovely if something could be organized during the show. (Saturday night seems to be a lot of club meetings ... )

Is BYC setting up a table at the show like so many of the clubs?

I'll ask Rob about this, Barngoddess.

I, too, am driving in & won't be staying overnight, but I'll be there most of the day on Saturday and would love to meet as many BYC-ers as possible. Is anyone interested in setting a spot and time for peeps that are free and want to say hello & meet some fellow BYC-ers?

Anytime on Saturday works for me - although I'm hoping to attend a couple of breed club meets in the evening. I don't believe anything official has been set for either one of those yet. I have NO idea how the venue works so I'll leave it to others to organize the place. I would also be happy to "man the table" (if there is a table) for an hour or two if that helps provide relief to someone. Not sure at all of the format but I'm a quick learner!! (And I'll wear my Barn Goddess ballcap so EVERYONE will know who I am!!!

My car is easy to spot too. License plate reads I ♥ HENS.

How on earth did you get THAT license plate? LUCKY-DUCK!

I chatted with Rob, and he has indicated that he'd pick up the expenses if we want to reserve a table to do a BYC booth of some sort - PM me if interested. I told him I'd be unable to do so, since I'll only be there a few hours on Saturday.
