Just a thought, but what about a "tailgate" type meet in one of the parking lots at someones vehicle just so everyone can get together at a certain time during the day either Friday or Saturday (but not to interfere with the auctions/raffles) and not interfere with club meetings and dinners in the evening?? Maybe it could be a hot chocolate/coffee type deal to help everyone stay warm while we chat and have one of the byc banners so you know what vehicle to look for?

This is a great idea. We want to meet as many of our BYC friends as possible...Depending on weather, a tailgate function in the parking lot might be the easiest to pull together... I will help out anyway I can.

There is a chance that I will be going with a friend. She has some call ducks, I wont be taking anything. I already have a few BYC friends I plan on meeting if I go. I would love to meet tons of BYC members in person but any money I do take will be used for any birds on my wishlist I find. If I do go I know we will be leaving Monday/Tuesday and driving all the way there from Eastern Washington, not sure what hotel or anything yet. Could we get name tags? I have alot of BYC friends on facebook that I know their real names and faces, just not their user names here on BYC.
