My year old hen has begun crowing. We only have two Hens and her behavior can be bullish towards the other. I did end up separating them because it became too aggressive at one point. I've read that it can be a dominance trait she is expressing or her hormones are turning more male. Her egg production hasn't dropped (yet). My question is, with only having two birds ( no, i cannot add anymore) is there anything else that I can do to cut down on the bully behavior? I'm really hoping she isn't hormonal, and turning more male like.
