Purchased these 5 as pullets at 6 weeks. Have had them for 1 week. Heard crowing and realize that is really early to begin which caused a lot of concern that I have roos and not egg layers. There is also constant sparring among all of them. Two are growing faster than the others. Understand that this breed which I have not had before - both hens and roos have large combs and grow fast. Two of the largest ones - the one with the black specks on wings - and the other one with large combs and wattles have white legs. Know that doesn't help with sexing though. Although these are Frizzle/White Leghorn mixes, only one Frizzled. LOL The other two smaller ones along with the Frizzle have feathered leggings and are yellow. Don't want or need roos. Please help. Thanks

I see AT LEAST 3 cockerels... :( maybe 4

So at 7 weeks, they seem to mostly have more comb color and wattle growth than expected…BUT, they are a leghorn mix and Leghorns are known (M and F) to develop rather quickly.

Can you get individual shots in regular light/minimal shadows. Have them standing and take pic from the side, so feathering is easier seen. With white birds, it is already tough to see feathering very well. I find using a laundry basket on its side is a helpful way to keep them corralled while taking photos.

I tried to get them to cooperate but the laundry basket freaked them out. Here are the ones I was able to get after a bunch of tries.
