Crowing hens

I have the hens who have started crowing. They are getting loud and more aggressive with each other. Living in the city i can't have roosters. I don't know what to do with them or how to make them stop. Any suggestions?

How do you know? What features should I look for to distinguish a rooster from a hen?

In this particular hybrid the feather color pattern is a rooster tell all. The crowing is your next clue. His neck feathers and the feathers in front of his tail feathers are probably shiny and skinny.
