This monring, to my dismay, I saw my silkie bantam hen crow??? I was 100% sure that she was a hen and the other 2 roosters, as she looks different to the other 2. she is smaller in size and has a snaller comb and wattles.

2 of them are crwoing and I am about to give my roosters away (not allowed in the suburbs) but don't want to give away the wrong ones.....

How can I make sure which ones are roosters and which ones are hens?

thank you
Maha

They always crow early in the morning. If you separate them somehow you will be able to tell for sure. I had a silkie roo that was tiny and very slow to mature. I also had a polish bantum that was crowing and started laying eggs. So you never can tell!
