Crowing Silkie looks like a pullet but is she?

Hi everyone. I know that girls can crow but what’s really throwing me for a loop is the fact she does it all the stinking time. She crows constantly even though I have two other crowing cockerels. I thought a girl would only crow in the absence of a rooster but maybe not?

They are a few days shy of 13 weeks old

Why is there such a difference in comb size? If they are the same age should t the combs be similar in size? Sorry I’m a first time Silkie owner so I’m new to the breed.

Every silkie is different.
Huge comb vs, small. These are roosters.
