crowing

I have an SLW that i don't know its sex so now I was wondering at what age will it begin to crow. I had also read some wear about a male having spikey feathers on their backs and mine have those spikes coming in now also ,today I noticed it had some blk/green feathers coming in on the tail it is 10 weeks old ...thanks for any help
