Hey,
I am having an issue regarding Crows, those horrible egg eating monsters. Each day I hear them squaking over at the chooking pen. Because I have an open roofed chook yard they just pop in and grab the eggs.
Lately I have only been recieving 1 egg out of 35 good laying hens.
Any ideas on how to repel the stupid crows??

Those crows could very well be keeping the hawks away from your open roofed chook yard so I wouldn't be too hasty about getting rid of them...they are pretty handy to have around for running off aerial preds.
String some fishing line back and forth across the top of your run or turn your pop door entrance into a long tunnel so they won't be as likely to go into it to find the eggs. A good dog around the coop may help...my dog doesn't allow the crows in the area around my coop. A large cat in your coop and run would help. Curtains across the nest boxes and make them deeper and filled with more hay. A motion sensor hoot owl inside the pop door.
