Crows?

I wish at times I was still in school I love to do a paper on things like this.. studies no one else has done, I guess most students don't think chickens or crows for that matter are as notable and animal say than cattle or equines.. to do much research on.

I actually had a precious girl who was highest on pecking order try to defend food from crow that got into the run. That girl lost an eye &, although she survived and is fine, it was difficult going & she'll probably never be fully integrated back into the big coop as the eye socket is a favorite pecking target. I'll never forgive crows for that & am not interested in having them around. I'll provide my own protection from hawks for my girls!
