Crusty area on corner of mouth

My 2 year old EE has this crusty area on the corner of her mouth. Nothing on the inside and no foul Oder. She has access to everything chickens need plenty of space good feed fresh water vitamin's vinegar water oyster shell good feed. all that jazz. I put and anti fugal on it the last few days she is active and alert. None of the other 4 have it. Live on central coast of Ca. Not a large mosquito pop, but possible . Suggestions. Yes I’m in picture sorry ugh!

Can't see the lesion well. The lighting is not quite adequate. But it does resemble fowl pox. If you have active mosquitoes, that's probably what you're looking at.

I tried to crop the pic does that help? We live on the central coast of Ca. Not a large population of mosquitoes, but possible. She has had it for sometime just noticed getting more crusty.

Now it looks like an astronomy photo of a black hole.
