Crusty feed

one of my hens has crusty feet, none of the others have this, can anyone help what can I do for her, she is a little silkie.

I don't have a lot of experience but from reading other posts it sounds like Bumblefoot or Scaly (sp?) Mites. Try doing a search for those terms.
