I had hoped to come to chickenstock but am scheduled to work 7am to 3pm. Then today at work I was asked if I wanted to leave at noon! I could make it about 1pm. Would that be too late to join in? I am new to chickens and would love to meet some new friends and learn more about my girls. (Hoping they are all girls!)

Heck, that should be just about in time for the annual chicken chasing event. Somebody is bringing a big fishing net for that right?

That would be fine. I'm sure some people will still be sober by then.

Long time no see/post.
I just may come visit ya'll for a bit tomorrow (thanks for the heads up, Brett ). No Steve, though.
If so,I will bring some venison steaks to add to the grill.

No entry fee. We do pay a fee to rent the pavilion so we set out a donation jar. Please give what you can.
Bring a pot luck dish to share. Something for the gift swap table (need one to get one).
Chairs, table, EZ-Up for shade if you like.

Tap shoes, musical instruments and the like for the Talent Contest.

NOTE: Park rules say that children must be leashed and muzzled at all times.

Oh, does anybody want any plastic feed bags?? I've got a couple of them here at the farm, some of them are horse feed bags for those of you with too many chicken feed bags for whatever crafts you want them for.
