Cuckoo breeders what do you think of this Roo?

I was just wanting to get a little input from other breeders on this Roo I hatched last fall I am trying to work on type my egg color is not bad. But I really want to get body type and color and then start working on egg color more. This will be my third year working with this flock I feel like I am making progress but I would like some constructive criticism on this roo. Thanks
