cuckoo marans?

I have a couple of chicks look like cuckoo marans to me. What do you guys think?

Are they roosters?

I'd say they're roosters, but they're awfully dark to be cuckoo marans. What color are their legs?

forgot to mention that they have a little bit of feathering on their legs

I was told they were black copper marans and their legs are dark with some feathering on them
Actually they are light with some dark. I will post another pic of the legs

I think they are mix of BCM and Cukoo Marans.They are boys with one copy B-barred.That make them darker

I was kinda thinking they were mixed bcm and cm too after someone said they looked too dark to be cm. thank you.
Should I breed these chickens? If so to what? I am new to breeding chickens so sorry if this is a dumb question.

At this point it is too early to say if they are mixed but they are certainly not copper blacks. I would wait until they completely feather out to see what you are dealing with. I would also contact the breeder to let them know what is happening with the chicks and see what they say. They may not be knowingly selling mis-labelled birds and may be unaware that a fence hopping has happened. If they are cross bred and you are looking to continue with Marans then I would not breed them as you will not be going in the right direction. There is much better stock available to start off properly with.
