I also agree with them being stressed out, they just need time to get back into the swing of things.
My Black Copper pen's door blew open a few weeks ago and all the birds got out (2 BC roos, 3 BC hens, 2 BR hens). Of course, with the chickens being 'new' (new to ranging anyway) the guineas had to put their $.02 in and terrorize them. I got them all caught and put back in their pen but not until after a few guinea attacks and rooster fights
Then a few days later I caught some 'extra' cockerels who were also in the pen and took them to auction.
We have had relatively steady temperatures for the past week or so, but we were getting huge temp swings along with days of high winds and heavy rains. I've not gotten 1 egg from that pen in a week, and I don't blame them one bit. Eventually they will get things back in order and work it out
As for the pasty butt, that too can be caused by stress. Stress is what causes pasty butt in brooder chicks, though usually that's a result of temps being too high or low. I would give them some yogurt or other from of 'live' cultures (like ProBios) to get their guts back in order and wait it out. A molt is probably also part of the problem since you say some of them have pink combs.
