What does one do with a sick bird's remains when they've been culled? I know if I had land then burning the remains would be a possibility but I live in suburbia with nosey, nosey neighbors.

Do you have somewhere you dig a hole to bury it? That is probably the most respectful way to go. If not, it sounds rude but wrap it up tight in a garbage bag and put it in the garbage if its close to pick up day or take it to a dumpster somewhere. Burying it is the best option though.

I alway put them in the woods and somthing will eat them...but that wont work for you...can you bury it? Or maybe put it in a plastic bag and tie it up tight and put it in a trash bin outside... I really dont know..sorry you had to cull your chick :(

wet a peace of ground during the day so that the soil can get soft and buried it maybe in the night out of the way of the nosey neigbours if they catch you when growing in the night said you looking for the dogs bone
