What is the best age to cull a Cornish Rooster?

Cornish cross or just a regular cornish? I Butchered all my Cornish X at 12 weeks last year. Never owned a cornish rooster.

Straight Cornish. They were supposed to be hens. I want them to be old enough to eat.
